There is news:
The solar energy revolution in Spain is a special type different with other countries.
Looking like a scene out of some post-petroleum utopia, Spain’s solar towers rise from the soil of plains of Seville like the proverbial phoenix rising from the flames. Only these flames aren’t flames at all.
They’re rays of sunlight being focused by hundreds of mirrors on the top of an adjacent tower. Reaching temperatures of 500° C., the sun’s focused rays are used to heat a boiler that in turn boils water, creating steam. The steam created is then used to turn a generator creating electricity.
Hope all people on the earth can have a safe, peaceful life with solar engery!
